  1. 1Open the post in Instagram, tap Share, then Copy link. It works for a single photo and for a carousel of several slides.
  2. 2Paste the link in the box above. Every slide of the post appears with its own Download button.
  3. 3Tap Download on the slides you want, or Download all to save the whole carousel: photos as JPG, videos as MP4.

What Is an Instagram Photo & Carousel Downloader?

It is a tool that saves the pictures from a public Instagram post to your device in their original size. Paste the post's link and it fetches the same image files Instagram itself shows, so nothing is screenshotted, cropped or compressed again, and no watermark is added.

A carousel is a post with up to 20 slides that you swipe through. Instagram has no button to save a whole carousel, and taking a screenshot of each slide loses quality and cuts off the edges. Here every slide is listed separately, so you can save one picture or the entire post in a single tap.

How to Download All Photos from an Instagram Carousel

Copy the carousel's link from Instagram (Share, then Copy link) and paste it above. The result shows each slide in order, numbered, with its own Download button, and a Download all button underneath that saves every slide one after another.

Your browser may ask whether this site can download several files at once. Allow it, and each slide lands in your downloads as its own file. If you only need a few slides, tap Download on just those.

Mixed Carousels: Photos and Videos in One Post

Many carousels mix pictures and short videos. Each slide is saved in its own format: photos as full-size JPG files and videos as MP4 with sound, exactly as Instagram serves them. The card above the slides tells you how many photos and videos the post holds, and Download all saves both kinds together.

Save Instagram Photos to Your iPhone or Android Gallery

On iPhone, Safari saves downloads to the Files app. Open the downloads arrow in Safari's address bar, tap the photo, tap Share and choose Save Image to put it in your Photos. On a computer the files go to your usual Downloads folder.

On Android, the photos go to the Downloads folder and usually appear in your Gallery or Google Photos within a few seconds. If one doesn't show up straight away, open it once from the Files app and the Gallery will pick it up.

Full-Size Quality, Nothing Added

You get the largest version of each picture that Instagram stores, typically 1080 pixels wide, in the format Instagram serves, which is almost always JPG. The file is not resized, filtered or re-compressed, and no logo or watermark is added. A photo that was uploaded in low resolution stays that way: no downloader can add detail that was never in the original.
