We don't store the video file itself. A lookup result may be cached for up to 3 hours to answer repeat requests faster, then it is cleared automatically. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
A specific platform link isn't working — what should I include?
The link you pasted (or the platform and roughly when the post was made, if the link itself is private), what device and browser you're on, and the exact error message you saw. That's usually enough for us to reproduce it.
Can you add a platform that isn't listed?
Yes — tell us which platform and, if you can, a public post link from it. We check whether it's technically possible to support before adding it.
