SaveReelsFast is a tool, not a video library. We do not host, store, upload, index or make available any video, audio or image files on our servers. When you download something, the file is relayed in real time from the original platform's servers to your device and is not saved by us.

Because the video stays on the original platform (for example Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or X), the most effective way to have infringing content removed is to report it to that platform through its own copyright tools. Once a video is removed there, it can no longer be downloaded through SaveReelsFast either.

To ask us to stop processing a specific link, send a written notice that contains all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorised to act on their behalf.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to find it, such as the exact link (URL) that was submitted to SaveReelsFast.

4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.

5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on their behalf.

We review complete notices promptly. Where appropriate, we stop processing the specific links identified, so they can no longer be fetched through SaveReelsFast, and we may keep a record of the notice. Incomplete notices may not be actionable, and we may ask you for more information.

If you believe a link was blocked by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing: your signature; identification of the blocked link; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that it was blocked by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, telephone number and email address; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the United States, of the courts where we are located) and to accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

We may block links, sources or networks that are the subject of repeated valid notices, or that abuse the service.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Consider seeking legal advice before sending a notice.
